A Bittersweet Moment

Lance and I just got the call from our real estate agent in IL that the closing on our IL house happend this morning without any more delays. What a long and exhausting journey. Yet as I hung up the phone I couldn't help but feel a little bit sad. That was our first home. It was where we raised our daughters. It was where we had and still have an amazing family of friend. So as the burden is gone of paying two mortages a little bit of me is sad that I will never call Mattoon, IL home again.
