Kenzie is 3!

Our little Birthday Princess
Kenzie 261/365

Kylie 261/365

She knew exactly what to do with her present

Happy about her "pink camera"

Was the cake good, Ky?

Making sure she gets every last bite of that requested pink frosting

The picture you don't see...right after this Lance took the candles out and licked one and Kenzie bit into one. Nice!

Make a wish!

Anxiously waiting for that pink cake!

Happy Birthday Dear Kenzie...!

Sporting their spaghetti faces waiting for cake

Balloons galore

Here is the "Princess Hat" that Kenzie picked out at the party store. It was worn from breakfast to bedtime, only off during her nap

The talking cow from our visit to Anderson Dairy Farm with our playgroup in the morning. Kylie had a blast yelling "MOOOOOO!" at it

Yes, Kylie, you!

Holding Sissy's hand

I love this picture!

What a birthday for Kenzie! We went with our playgroup to tour a local dairy this am. They didn't get to see a single live cow, but the tour was followed by some icecream so I think that made up for it.
We were lucky enough to have our friends Brett and Lisa Bond in town from IL the past few days. Very fitting because they were our adopted family for all holidays in IL. We had them over to share birthday dinner and festivities with us. We miss our IL family!
Kenzie was determined to get a pink camera for her birthday. I took the girls to the toy store and to be sure that's what she wanted held up the camera to all other extravagant toys that she would look at and tell me she wanted but the camera was picked every time over the other items. It was a hit! She took over 100 pictures last night. We'll have to upload them and see how she did...be on the lookout!
All in all, I'd say she had a pretty amazing day for a 3 year old.
